Shakti Hormann is a 19-acre industrial landscape project in Jaipur, designed to bring moments of pause and human connection into an otherwise functional industrial environment. The landscape strategy focused on creating meaningful outdoor spaces for the admin block, transforming underutilized areas into zones for relaxation, movement, and everyday interaction.

Anchored by features such as an open gymnasium, sensory pebble bed, and outdoor eating area, the design introduces spaces that encourage wellness, informal breaks, and engagement with the outdoors. Edge planting along the site boundary softens the industrial character while adding structure, shade, and visual relief across the campus. Despite challenges including a sloped site and plumbing restrictions, the landscape was carefully integrated to respond to the site’s practical constraints while enhancing usability and spatial experience. Now built, the project demonstrates how thoughtful landscape interventions can make industrial environments feel more vibrant, welcoming, and people-centric.
