Set within the dramatic natural landscape of Udaipur, Rajasthan, this 44-acre hospitality concept is envisioned as a luxury retreat that works with the land rather than against it. The design is rooted in preserving the site’s existing topography, with the built environment carefully woven along the natural water streams and contours, allowing the landscape to shape the spatial experience. The masterplan creates a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature, where built forms are strategically placed to frame views, protect ecological character, and enhance the site’s rugged beauty. A series of recreational and restorative landscape zones are integrated across the property, offering immersive experiences that range from wellness and relaxation to exploration and social gathering.
Key interventions include nature-responsive siting, water-integrated landscape planning, view-oriented hospitality spaces, and layered outdoor experiences that complement Jawai’s raw terrain and serene atmosphere. The result is a destination that feels luxurious yet deeply grounded in nature—calm, immersive, and intentionally connected to its surroundings.
The project responds to significant site constraints, including rugged topography and rocky strata, turning these challenges into defining design opportunities that shape the character of the resort.
